10% might not sound like a lot but trust me it's huge.
Now I'm not going to cover basic stuff like go to the gym, sprint, sunlight, eat healthy.
Everyone here already knows that.
I'm talking about the things some people do know, but not many.
Here is a list of things that kills your testosterone that not many people know about, and how to fix it:
Fluoride - Use calcium based toothpaste and get water filter
Aluminium - Use all natural deodorant (like Dr Squatch which I use)
Plastic - Use products made of natural minerals and don't wear polyester clothing
5G - Turn your phone fully off when in your pocket
Sitting down too long - Go for short sprints throughout your day outside, also keep your legs spread apart so your balls can breathe.
Perfume - avoid women who use heavy perfume, buy your girlfriend/wife some natural perfume as a gift
Normal shampoo and conditioner - use all natural
Hot baths (overheats your balls) - have cold baths, or hot showers but face your balls away from the water
