Show up everyday, knowing you'll miss some days
Tick the box everyday no matter what, doing 1 second/rep of the good habit ticks the box
Don't focus on not doing bad habits, instead focus on doing good habits
Progressive overload - don't meditate an hour, start with 3 minutes and work your way up. Drop your ego.

Obsess over your goal.
Good goals are $10k/m in 2 years, 10% bodyfat (fitness and money goals work best for most beginners)

Stick up papers on your wall of your goal, quotes, habit trackers etc

Schedule everything hour-by-hour with ZERO bad habits (dopamine detox).

Do the hardest work task first in the morning.
The work task that moves you foward, e.g script or record videos for a YouTuber
Do it fasted and without having checked your phone. (Bonus tip: turn off notifications on your phone)

Workout daily: train hard asf to failure, be sweaty
